Sylvia currently serves as National Director of Gospel Talent, Lead Vocalist and Chief Mistress of Ceremonies for House of Blues Entertainment and her privately owned companies, St. James Gospel Music Services and St. James Entertainment.

Thousands of patrons world wide have witnessed the wonder working, transforming power of a traditional foot stompin, roof raisin, soul savin, praise and worship Gospel experience, as patrons enjoy a touch of House Of Blues southern hospitality, a sumptuous Mississippi Delta feast and some of the most extraordinary Gospel Talent the world has to offer.

“Miss Sylvia” has had the honor and the distinguished pleasure of developing programming and staffing Six of the Eight House Of Blues venues with the finest Hosts, Gospel Choirs, Quartets. Ensembles and Soloists within their respective regions as follows: Los Angeles CA, Anaheim CA, Chicago Illinois, Myrtle Beach South Carolina, Orlando Florida, Las Vegas Nevada, and is currently managing talent for these venues while developing talent and programming for soon to open San Diego CA, the seventh brand new Gospel Brunch for “Miss Sylvia”, the Ninth new venue for House of Blues.
